アメリカのロースクールで得られるのは、「弁護士のように考える」思考方法だ。日本では

「正しいことがまずありきで、それを間違った人が『悪い』」

という考えが強いが、アメリカの法学では

「両方正しい。どこで折り合いを付けるか」

という考え方をする。「正しいこと」が一つしかない国と、沢山ある国の違いだ。
